Maintain table permission groups
Since at least developers in the development system have quasi full authorizations, as mentioned above, concrete access to a critical RFC connection can therefore not be revoked. Since RFC interfaces are defined for the entire system, they can be used from any client of the start system. Existing interfaces can be read out via the RFCDES table in the start (development) system.

Communication users are also intended for use by people who log on to the SAP system from outside via RFC call. Therefore, dialogue is not possible. If the password is set by the administrator, it will be assigned Initial status. However, an RFC call does not prompt the user to change the password. It therefore often retains this status, even if the user has the possibility to change the password by calling a function block (then: Status Productive). The password rules apply to this type of user. However, this is often not noticed in practice, as password rules for initial passwords are less used.
User master data
The SAP authorization concept ensures that no unauthorized access can be made to transactions, programs and services in SAP systems. To call up business objects or execute transactions in the SAP system, a user therefore requires the appropriate authorizations. When called, the application started via a transaction checks whether the authorization exists and whether the user is allowed to perform the selected operation.

For the transport of PFCG roles with their profiles there is also an SAP notice: Note 1380203. If you enter the correction, it is possible to use separate positions for the third and fourth digits of the generated profile name for the definition. In the SAP standard, the name of a generated profile is composed as follows, for example, if the System ID is ADG: T-AG#####. If your other source systems differ only in the second place of the system ID, the profile name does not indicate from which system the profiles originate.

With "Shortcut for SAP systems" you can automate the assignment of roles after a go-live.

Transactions: Transactions in the audit structure start the necessary evaluations for the audit.

When you click Run, all users and the triggers are output to you.
