Maintain batch job suggestion values
For each area, the connection to other modules is the first priority. For example, for the Controlling division, the connection to the Finance division is first established by connecting the accounting area (FI) to the cost accounting area(s). The assignment of the cost accounting area to the result area is then an internal allocation within the controlling. If no allocations are found for certain valid organisational values, one of the two modules or the relevant functional area shall not be used for the organisational units of the enterprise.
Using these authorizations, any source code can be executed independently of the actual developer authorizations and thus any action can be performed in the system. This authorization should only be assigned to an emergency user.
Transports
Run the System Trace for Permissions (ST01 or STAUTHTRACE transaction) to record permission checks that you want to include in the role (see Tip 31, "Optimise Trace Evaluation"). Applications are logged through the Launch Permissions checks.
Reasons for incorrect organisational levels are values that have been manually maintained in the authorization object itself, instead of using the Origen button, as well as incorrect transports or incorrectly created or deleted organisational levels. Since correct inheritance can no longer occur in such cases, you need a way to reset incorrect values of the organisation levels in the PFCG roles.
With "Shortcut for SAP systems" you can automate the assignment of roles after a go-live.
Maintain these in multiple development systems or mandates, and if you now want to transport the rolls with their generated profiles, there is a risk that the profile numbers will be the same, as the profile names consist of the first and third characters of the system ID and a six-digit number.
In the CERKRS field, define the result area for which authorization objects are created, and in the ACTVT field, define the activity, where the action 02 is Create and Modify.
