In December 2017, Salt Solutions took over the supervision of the SAP ERP and EWM modules. This includes answering user support requests and solving problems, providing more complex evaluations and executing change requests in customising, for example creating new workstations in EWM. A global template has also been developed, for example, which significantly facilitates the maintenance of the various price lists of international sales organisations.

Our work is aimed at improving the business of our customers. Our task does not end with the implementation of the IT solution. We support customers all over the world with the operation, maintenance and administration of the solution.

The team responsible for the maintenance and management of SAP systems consists of more than 90 people and even accounts for 1/3 of Hicron's total workforce. Our consultants are always available - a dedicated team works on your system and has all the necessary skills and knowledge of the SAP modules your company uses.

Your SAP® systems are mission-critical, must be readily available and function smoothly. However, no software solution is technically always trouble-free.

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" are extremely useful for SAP support.

New requirements still need to be approved and initiated by project managers via change requests.

The opportunities offered to us and our customers by these new technologies are still in their infancy.
