What does this mean in detail?
Scope of SAP AMS services: The following services are included in SAP Application Management Services, among others. These can of course be expanded and customised as needed.

The IBA Group employees certified by the Vendor ensure SAP support according to ITIL: They will identify customer requirements, build service portfolio, implement processes and functions that are important to companies (software service knowledge and configuration management, etc.), create responsibility mask (RACI), train users and ensure software service and infrastructure support. Our SLA offers multiple levels of support for systems and business applications.
Manage and control your SAP environment with ease and accountability
At the beginning of January 2020, the new support backbone became mandatory. Anyone who is unsure whether the SAP support connection is running properly does not have to rely on their own solution manager alone. The new support launchpad extension, "Status of Support Connectivity," provides an overview.

SAP ONE Support complements SAP Enterprise Support and SAP already provides a comparable level of support for its two SAP subsidiaries, SuccessFactors and Ariba.
