scope of solution
The basis for your success: Create Value from the Start, Proactive Success Critical Support, Best Practices, and Recommendations
The communication path with SAP will also be simplified, across the entire solution landscape. In this way, SAP wants to ensure a uniform presence across all channels. In addition, SAP wants to optimise and extend support through new and innovative cooperation models. The free telephone number "Call 1 SAP" is planned for this purpose. This will be available in the second quarter of 2014.

But did you know that in our industry it is common to move a large part of the support services abroad? Not with us! Our support services are not only perfectly tailored to your needs. All of our contacts are based in Germany, including those who pick up the phone at night 2 and answer your questions. Nothing remains unexplained. Not even on weekends or late at night.
First Level Aid
All backbone connections to SAP will be switched from January 1, 2020, as SAP has announced on its support page. Afterwards, communication between ABAP System and SAP will only take place via secure HTTPS connections, for which a dedicated user must also be requested in the Support Portal. In all ABAP systems, SAP hints can no longer be obtained via SNOTE via the old OSS RFC connection. The shipment of Early Watch Alerts to SAP is also affected by this change. Here the shipping route must also be changed to the new HTTPS standard. There is also a great need for action for all SAP customers without a current SAP Solution Manager. In the future, SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SPS08 (SPS07 only with additional information) will be required here. For all older releases, communication with SAP will also be impossible from January 2020. This primarily affects the data in the Maintenance Planner, which are then no longer synchronised. This then indirectly affects all future maintenance projects where the use of the Maintenance Planner is indispensable. Especially with regard to upcoming S/4 HANA migrations, this represents a risk to be avoided.

The first stage of cooperation is always to determine the needs of your company and SAP users. Knowing which processes are critical to your business is the key to ensuring business continuity.

"Shortcut for SAP Systems" simplifies SAP support tasks and adds to the standard's missing functions.

On request with our German consultants or through our Nearshore cooperation partner, we solve simple problems reliably, quickly and sustainably - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A coordinated and integrated incident management process and support for mission-critical processes for a customer's complete solution, including hybrid scenarios and landscapes, are currently available.
